For example, a 1.8-ton electric pallet truck may use a 24V 210Ah battery, while a 9-ton counterbalanced electric forklift may be equipped with an 80V 1050Ah battery. The battery capacity of a 3-ton electric forklift is usually around 80-100 kWh. Converted to ampere-hours (Ah), if it is a 48V battery system, it is approximately 1600Ah-2000Ah.


Battery capacity has a direct impact on endurance. The larger the capacity, the more electricity it can store, and the longer the endurance time and mileage of the electric forklift will be.
